John Caton spent many years in the corporate world
as a manager with BAE, and Costain, and a consultant
with Project Insight Consultants and John Caton
Associates. In 2005 he founded Commonsense Systems,
which has swiftly become an established and well
respected management consultancy.
John’s mission is to implement
the modern management techniques of major industries
in small business situations, in a comprehensible
and cost-effective manner. John combines his own
expertise, in areas including quality and project
management, supply chain management and strategic
planning, with additional support services from
his network of associates. These include HR and
procurement.
All these services can be
called upon by small business owners and managers
as and when required, and paid for at an hourly
rate.
John’s rallying cry is ‘business by
common sense, overheads by the hour’!
