Is the reason we keep going back to Cuddington Golf Club the fact that we get a two-course ‘eat as much as you like’ sit-down hot meal with coffee? Surely we’re not that easily swayed by the thought of food! Well, it certainly helps – but the Club is a very civilised venue, as you can see from the pictures in our slide show. So February’s meeting was as convivial as ever, and after a very pleasant structured networking session where all those present learned something about each other’s business activities and skill sets, we left the bar for the private dining room.

Our speakers for the evening, SBC Member Terence O’Mahoney and his fellow Icon Business Solutions consultant, Gary Maskell, gave us a highly condensed version of their half-day presentation - ’Increase Your Profitability’.

Terence demonstrated how a small percentage increase in our business performance across a number of areas has the potential to multiply bottom line profits by a very significant amount indeed. Increases in profitability in the order of 60% are eminently achievable, as the presentation demonstrated.
